Permission Letter
The following table designates who is authorized to sign a Permission Letter for tests, shows, exhibitions, and carnivals (ice shows), competition "bye" applications, and non-qualifying competition entry forms (go to the "Club Officers" page to select your "signer"). The signature of a Spokane FSC official is required on competition entry forms for sanctioned non-qualifying events (sometimes referred to as an "open competition"). A sanctioned non-qualifying competition/open competition is one in which membership with the host club is not required. Qualifying Competition "Bye" applications must be signed by a Club Officer before being sent to the proper official.
You may mail the Permission Letter or entry form requiring signature and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to a club official (as shown below). The letter or entry form will be signed and promptly returned to you or sent on to the appropriate person, as you designate. Please contact the authorized signer by telephone before mailing the letter or form to them, as they might be out-of-town. You may also FAX the letter or entry form to the appropriate person, but again, make certain they are available. Please obtain the signature well in advance of the date it is required.
The Permission Letter will be added soon. If you should need a Permission Letter now, please contact Cheryl Prueher, Membership Chair (208-277-5567).
